After diving into the online business world and building a career that balanced family and ambition, I realized something was missing—not just for me but for so many women out there. Conferences were either focused on high-level theory, or offered tons of fluff and inspiration without the steps to act on it. 

Many of them left women feeling out of place—too far behind or too advanced to fit in.

After launching a retreat and witnessing the magic of what could happen when women came together to learn, support, and connect, I knew we’d found something special. I was struck by the way women who didn’t know each other seemed like lifelong friends. The energy in the room was contagious—when you’re surrounded by women driven to scale and grow, it lifts everyone higher. That feeling, that rare and real connection, is what sparked the idea for She Is Going Somewhere.

I set out to create a conference where women at any stage of business could come, feel inspired, get real, no-fluff advice, and walk away with practical steps forward.
